The upset singer/actress tweeted that her cat, Mr Big, was in hospital; "Mr Big is sick in Hospital. My friend Kat is with him, she's a top heart Doctor. I was crying, but my sister said, 'Just wait until Kat finishes the tests!'"
She went on to explain more about the situation; "He's been acting strange - quiet, not himself. Kat had to put him on oxygen. He has little fluid in his lungs, and on IV. Kat says not to worry. She has many cat heart patients! I was crying at the oxygen. I think I take him for granted! He's Mr Big and he's here."

Another Twitter session from cher means another bundle of news! Just hours ago, she kick-started the proceedings by tweeting about her upcoming private show in Russia.

Of course, Cher stated that her brand new single 'Woman's' World' will be rush-released on "Mon" - Monday 26 November. However, 'Billboard' have stated that Monday will actually see the song being released to radio whilst the next day will see it up on Itunes for download.
The music publication said, "The tune will be serviced to U.S. radio stations officially on Monday, November 26. The following day, it will be available to purchase on Itunes."
"'Womans' World' opens with bouncing clud beats as Cher sings, 'I'm dancing so low in the dark.' Age is nothing but a number as she sells the track with a fierce delivery. The chorus is then enveloped in a wall of sythesizers when Cher's bold voice powerfully belts: 'Thisis a woman's world!' She's been around since the 1960s, but leaves her mark unfazed in 2012 with this electro banger."
It was a little over a day ago - 27 hours ago to be more exact - that Cher's record label Warner Brothers placed her new single 'Woman's World' on their YouTube channel.
Of course, a music video has not been produced yet, so the YouTube video's visuals aren't overly-exciting - it consists of just the single's cover art.
On Twitter, Cher wrote about her personal Thanksgiving celebrations; "Hey! Had dinner! Lots of family! Lots of Elijah's friends from when he was 19, Val and his wonderful son! We all watched a movie afterwards."
When one fan asked the American songstress whether she cooked or not, Cher replied, "No! I visited my mom! She had pneumonia and couldn't come to dinner (she can't be around people yet) so we brought it to her! I brought a gift".

"Mon"? Monday 26 November.
She then went on to say that "You'll be able to hear it in 30 minutes".

When a portion of a demo of Cher's new song 'Woman's World' was leaked in October, Cher was not all too happy about it - and the whole scenario made pretty big news. Well, Cher is now more concerned after hearing that a "fan has a complete version of" the song.
She took to Twitter to ask her million-plus followers, "Does anyone have information? We heard that a fan has a complete version of 'Woman's World'. Of course, they probably don't have the final mix!"

Almost everyday, icon Cher updates us with the status of her new album via Twitter. With each new session of tweets, the album seems to be closer to being finished.
She tweeted just before midnight (Los Angeles time), "I made a list of my new songs - there are fifteen! I love them all but I will record a few more because I want to love love love them all - I love love love eleven [at the moment]".

Cher answered a good load of questions on Twitter and updated us with news about her upcoming album.
She kicked-off her first Twitter session around 6:00 PM (Los Angeles time), saying, "I've just finished a class with Dori and I'm beat! I'm going to rest for an hour, eat, listen to song that I'm singing tonight. It'a a strange song about vampires!"
When a Twitter user asked the 66-year-old superstar about one of her new songs, 'Red', Cher replied, "'Red' is almost finished".

Quite a while ago, Cher mentioned a gig that she was to perform in Russia, in December. Then hours ago she briefly mentioned the upcoming show once more. Very little was known about the gig - some assumed that it would be part of her upcoming tour.
Now, Cher has shared a little more about the mysterious Russian gig.
What seems like forever ago, 'Cher News' reported that the lengthy-titled 1982 movie 'Come Back To The Five & Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean' was going to be released on DVD.
One of its stars, Mark Patton, initially revealed the DVD release plans late last year, saying, "I just did my commentary for it - so it's getting ready to come out". However, we've heard nothing about the release since, and no reason has been given as to why the DVD hasn't hit stores yet.
As no-one other than Cher is giving us information about her new album, we're always appreciative of her tweets about the CD. After all, without them, we'd know close-to-nothing about it.
Unsure whether the new album "will be a hit" or not, Cher tweeted, "I sang two hours straight last night! I Guess my voice isn't as old as I am! I don't know if the CD will be a hit but I promise you that you won't be disappointed!"

She started by writing that she has re-recorded her vocals for one of the songs written for her by fellow songstress Pink - and she's pleased with the results. She wrote, "I re-did the vocals on one of Pink's songs and I'm a million times happier!"
The 66-year-old star continued to share that she has completed another song - whether she means her vocals or the entire song is not known - and that 'Believe' producer Mark Taylor has traveled over to the States to work with Cher on a trio of album tracks.

News Round-up: Cher's Photo With Obama, 'X Factor USA' Contestant Sings Cher Song, 'Cher' 25th Anniversary and More!
Firstly, all the way back in June, Cher attended a campaign fundraiser held by President Obama, where she took along her mother (remember Obama stating how young her mother Georgia looks?).
Shortly after that meeting, she posted a picture onto Twitter of the three of them - Obama, Cher and Georgia. However, we never got to see the picture of Cher and Obama together - just the pair of them.

Cher herself has said, "God I'll be happy when it's done!" about her upcoming album, and I'm sure that we're all in agreement with her.
She tweeted about her new album, "Going in the studio to clean up one Pink song and a new one. Then mark Taylor is coming with the last songs! God, I'll be happy when it's done".
As it is not yet finished, it seems that Cher's new album is still headed for a January release.

Yesterday, we found out that Cher and Kathy Griffin were filming a small number of public service announcements for the upcoming US elections, in favor of President Barack Obama.
Now, one of those PSA's have been unleashed. Seemingly titled, 'Don't Let Mitt Turn Back Time On Women', the short message sees the 66-year-old superstar and Griffin talk about the serious subject of rape. Although the pair get their message across on the important matter, it is kept lighthearted through-out.

A day ago, Cher and Kathy Griffin were talking on Twitter about something unspecified that would take place the following day. Cher tweeted, “Hey Kathleen... So busted! It's tomorrow! You in or out? Can ad lib! It'll be fun you silly b*tch!” Griffin replied, “I'm in! I told you. Call me.”
Hours ago, Griffin then tweeted, “Spent the day with Cher. If you really want to, I'll post a picture or two. Cher, How about you? Are you out of your biker jacket yet?“

All this month, we'll be celebrating the fact that it is 50 years since Sonny met Cher. To kick-start the proceedings, we take a look at the five best-selling singles from the duo as well as their three best-selling albums.
1. 'I Got You Babe'
Released in 1965, sold 2,788,081 copies
Sonny & Cher shot to fame - worldwide fame - in the summer of 1965 with their signature hit 'I Got You babe'. Penned by Sonny himself, the much-loved single spent three weeks atop the US Hot 100 and two weeks at number one in the UK - and scored impressive positions around the globe.
